Warranty
5-year parts warranty for eave lighting products + 1-year labor/service warranty under the current installation agreement. Telephone support is provided during the warranty period during normal business hours. Customer Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, phone/tablet, or other third-party connectivity is not covered because those systems are not supplied by Nice & Bright.
Warranty
3-year parts coverage for landscape and patio lighting products and 1-year labor/service warranty, subject to the signed installation agreement. Manufacturer warranties may vary by fixture or product.
Warranty
Seasonal maintenance covers normal supplied-product and installation issues throughout the contracted display season. The customer must provide adequate power and receptacles for the display.
Warranty and service coverage does not generally apply to damage caused by severe weather, accidents, animals, construction or exterior modifications, customer or third-party actions, misuse, customer-supplied equipment, or other conditions outside Nice & Bright’s reasonable control. The signed proposal and installation agreement govern the exact coverage for each project.
