Seasonal lighting includes maintenance throughout the contracted season. If a supplied bulb or section fails under normal conditions, contact us and we will take care of it.

Questions we hear most often

Do I own the lights?

No. Nice & Bright provides the lighting and accessories as part of a complete seasonal service. You are paying for the design, products for the season, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage.

Do I need to provide anything?

Generally, no lighting materials are required from you. We provide the lights, clips, cords, timers, and normal installation accessories. The property must have suitable electrical receptacles and power available for the display.

What happens if lights stop working?

Let us know. In-season maintenance is included for normal product or installation issues covered by the seasonal service.

When do you take the lights down?

Removal is coordinated after the holiday season. Our team removes the display and stores the supplied materials for the following season.

Can you decorate trees and greenery too?

Yes. Depending on the package and design, we can incorporate tree lighting, wreaths, garland, greenery, and other décor elements.

Can you install my own lights?

Our standard seasonal service is built around lighting and materials supplied by Nice & Bright so we can control quality, appearance, serviceability, and maintenance. Customer-owned products should be discussed with us before quoting.
